The Urban Gardener, Inc. offers a full range of landscape services to help you create the garden of your dreams. Our creative team will spend time with you to design a garden that will meet your needs. We encourage your input so that the garden we build together will be uniquely yours. Duane Marcus, the founder and co-owner of The Urban Gardener, will create a design for you and see it through to completion. He believes that for a design on paper to be translated properly in the landscape the designer must participate in the process from beginning to end.

We work in many styles from traditional to contemporary, formal or natural, cottage style to Oriental style depending on your desires and the opportunities presented by your site.

Our landscape implementation crew includes experienced horticulturists and stone masons who are artists in their own rights and bring their own creativity to every project. We also work with carpenters, brick masons, concrete experts and irrigation contractors so that we can build anything we can dream up together.
