CONTAINER GARDENING & POTTING SERVICES
If you either enjoy container gardening or only have time or space for a few pots you have found the garden center to meet your needs. We have the best selection of indoor and outdoor pottery in the city. Our experts will assist you in choosing plants that will complement your pot and will grow in the place you want to place it.

If you are too busy to plant your pots yourself we can plant them for you either at the nursery or at your home or business. We are happy to provide you with seasonal change outs of colorful, blooming plants in your containers. We work with local restaurants, retail and commercial establishments and homeowners to keep their environments beautiful.

PLANT SELECTION
Our staff of horticultural experts will spend time with you to assist you in choosing the right plants for your site conditions and personal preferences. We encourage you to bring in photos of your yard to help us ensure you go home with the plants that will meet your needs.  You may also email the photos to us at info@theurbangardener.com, and we can discuss them during your visit to the store.

ORGANIC GARDENING
We strongly believe that we have an obligation to be leaders in demonstrating good stewardship of our planet and its resources. We have been practicing the organic lifestyle for more than two years here at the store.  We will teach you how to develop and nurture a healthy soil environment to provide your plants with the ability to grow and thrive without harmful chemical fertilizers. A healthy plant will repel or fight off attacks by insects and diseases eliminating or reducing the need for pesticides. When intervention is deemed necessary we can provide you with an array of natural pest control products that are safe for you, the environment and the plant.
We want you to enjoy organic fruits and vegetables grown in your own garden, and so we offer organic seeds, veggie plants, herbs and more to get you started.  We are rapidly becoming the "go to" place for sound organic gardening advice in Atlanta.  Take advantage of our experience, and let's take care of Mama Earth together!
